to take the offensive in a knifing duel? By playing defensively and waiting for the opponent to rush in, all one has to do is:
Hold left+down on the Left Analog Stick, hold far right on the Right analog stick, press, hold and release R1.
The win is usually secured right there in that little side-step. The worst thing to do--which a lot of knifers attempt--is a sprinting jump charge attack. That tactic is better used to catch enemies who are running away: not for going head-on against someone who is also wielding a pair of knives... |

Damn, those players are asses. I guess I've been lucky to have fought people who actually practice honorable knife duels. Just a couple of hours ago, I saw a player named ohaigirl who had some knives out and I'm sure he/she saw that I had mine out as well. We ended up running a good distance away from the objective during a Dom game just to have a knife battle where no one could disturb us. |

No F***s Given. Would be very interesting and fun to have two min sentinels without damage mods and with basic knives duel. It would take several hits which would make it much more enetertaining. Nova knives United should host a que synch fw where we all gather with basic knives and watch each other duel. Also, why is it so rare for a good number of you to have honorable knife duels? In the last 4 games I've played, I fought two. One was ohaigirl as mentioned earlier and the other was a CalScout who could have won. He landed one uncharged swipe on me and then some blueberry asswipe came up from behind and shot him dead... I salute you, dead CalScout knifer.
